Our Story

Pregnancy Help Center originated as a topic of conversation amongst concerned local church leaders and community members. The teen pregnancy rate was skyrocketing, and they wanted to offer concrete support and education.

In 1992, the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Grant County opened. Our initial services were pregnancy testing, counseling, and labor and delivery classes.

We have grown in leaps and bounds over the years, and we’re ready to offer expanded medical services like ultrasounds to clients. With the support of our donors, community churches, and businesses, Pregnancy Help Center has served women for over 30 years!

Our Vision

We envision a community in which we use the body of Christ to reach abortion-vulnerable women with the life-affirming message of hope. We want people across the county to seek us out as an expert in our field.

Every woman who visits our center has a unique story, and she holds hopes and dreams for the future. We provide needed services in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. Pregnancy Help Center doesn’t profit from any pregnancy decision, and we’re committed to supplying the accurate, fact-based information she deserves.

Our support extends beyond the birth of a client’s child. We offer material support, community referrals, and more to ensure our clients have the support they need. Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients is crucial to our mission!

Statement of Faith

Pregnancy Help Center seeks to show Christ’s love through our services. We are a Christian ministry that affirms the Biblical view of life, sex, marriage, and family by providing life-affirming education, support, and referrals to women and families of Grant County.

It is our hope that our clients develop a strong foundation with Jesus Christ when they visit our center and receive the message of hope.
